Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California PT license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Demonstrated experience with restorative nursing, discharge planning, and working with geriatric populations preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
Assignment Length: 10 week assignment.
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
