The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling innovative approaches that enhance our product lifecycle, from intake to prioritization and product launch.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product initiatives and operational improvements, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities to automate internal processes, scale AI usage, and improve how teams operate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and go-to-market functions.This role reports to the Director, Product Operations. For this role, we are primarily looking for candidates based in the Bay Area who can collaborate in person 3 days per week.How You'll Make an ImpactCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and cross-functional teams to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutionsBe the voice of customer to inform product development in a data-driven approachOptimize processes, dashboards and cadence to drive input collection, prioritize product development and land productsIdentify, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual work, improve operating efficiency, and scale internal processesLead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient documentation and process flowsServe as a key partner to Product Managers, providing operational insights and support throughout the product lifecycleDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product operations and overall business performanceLead special cross-functional projects in unexplored areas, including opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve how teams workLet’s Connect If You Have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceTypically 5-7 years of professional experience in Product Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field within a technology companyExperience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and data analysis toolsHands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve internal processes, reduce manual work, or scale operational workflowsAbility to identify high-impact automation opportunities, translate ambiguous operational problems into structured workflows, and partner with technical and non-technical teams to implement solutionsExperience driving change management across cross-functional teams, including enabling adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of workingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-centric and leadership mindsetOur Commitment to YouAt Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
