Lead Service Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Service Technician to provide concierge-level service and maintenance for high-end residential properties. This is a hands-on role for an individual who takes pride in their work, maintains an extremely clean job site, and can represent the company professionally in clients’ homes. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and executing small projects with precision and care. You will also lead a laborer/assistant, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform maintenance, repairs, and small project work in luxury residential homes - Provide concierge-level service with strong communication and professionalism - Execute high-quality rough and finished carpentry work - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trades (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hardware, millwork, etc.) - Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized work environment at all times - Supervise and direct a laborer/assistant to complete tasks efficiently - Interact with homeowners and clients in a respectful, polished manner - Manage daily service schedules and communicate progress with the office QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong hands-on experience in rough and finished carpentry - Broad knowledge of residential construction and maintenance practices - Extremely detail-oriented, neat, and organized - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects - Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in client-facing situations - Experience leading or working with an assistant/laborer preferred - Valid driver’s license (required) WHAT WE OFFER: - Company-provided work van - Steady, year-round work in high-end residential environments - Opportunity to work on unique, detail-driven homes - Supportive team environment with high standards of craftsmanship Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $40 - $60 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
