Overview School-Based Outpatient Clinician - Lexington City and Buena Vista City Public Schools This is a full-time, 10-month position that aligns with the Lexington City and Buena Vista City Public Schools academic year. Based in Richmond with multiple Virginia locations, LifeBridge Counseling provides outpatient therapy services and collaborates with partners to deliver comprehensive care. Our approach centers on building strong, therapeutic relationships rooted in honesty, trust, and acceptance, with services offered in person or via tele-health and a range of clinical modalities and specializations. Our mission is helping people grow and live their healthiest lives. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, or group outpatient treatments to students within Lexington City and Buena Vista City Public Schools. Qualifications Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or under supervision toward licensure (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work). Postgraduate clinical experience with children, adolescents, or families. Experience across various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to Evidence-Based practices.
