What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters) Assist during a variety of general dental procedures, ensuring appointments run seamlessly Capture digital X-rays with precision and care, prioritizing patient safety Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top‑tier sterilization and infection control protocols Support four‑handed dentistry to enhance teamwork and efficiency Use Eaglesoft to keep patient records accurate and organized Assist with greeting patients, scheduling, or front desk flow as needed Work with advanced technology like 3D scanners and modern imaging equipment Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment What You Bring to the Team Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License Experience with dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or similar) Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care practices Confidence in taking X‑rays and using modern dental technology A solid understanding of infection control and sterilization standards Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Flexibility and willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
