VALET SUPERVISOR

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Valet Supervisor is to manage all day-to-day operations for Bell and Valet Services.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Provide exceptional guest service to all Team Members and guests
3. Run all scheduled shifts under the direction of department leadership.
4. Coordinate all transportation requests.
5. Responsible for maintaining all company vehicles to set standards.
6. Train all Valet Team Members.
7. Responsible for recording any damage that exists on a guest's vehicle prior to accepting
8. Responsible to properly and accurately park guests' vehicles in the correct parking area
9. Responsible for locking vehicles and securing keys.
10. Responsible for returning vehicles to guests in a prompt manner, in the same condition as it was received.
11. Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members and guests
12. Handle guest luggage with care during Resort arrival and departure.
13. Perform any and all duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must have strong leadership skills.
3. One (1) year management experience preferred.
4. Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.
5. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission preferred.
6. Must have technical skills including knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Excel and Word.
7. Must have an aptitude for Guest Service, and the ability to work with constant schedule changes.
8. Ability to train, motivate, reward, and discipline Team Members.
9. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, and independent judgment.
10. Knowledge of Rohnert Park and surrounding Sonoma County areas.
11. Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct all aspects of Valet.
12. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
13. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to do extensive jogging, walking, standing, bending and lifting.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
3. Manual dexterity to operate foot and hand controls.

Work Conditions:
Work is typically outdoors and involves continuous exposure to high and low temperatures, sunlight, wet surfaces and noise. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
