We're a growing sign company based in Loveland, CO, serving businesses and properties across the Front Range and Northern Colorado. We design, fabricate, and install signs of all kinds.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Sign Installer to run our weekly route across Colorado. You'll be on the road most days — Boulder, Denver, Parker, Northern Colorado and surrounding areas — installing post-and-panel signs, hanging banners, applying window vinyl, and removing existing signage. Long drives with physical work in between. Great fit for someone who values autonomy and likes working solo.

Important — read this part carefully.

Every jobsite is different and there is no install manual. Frozen ground, a buried concrete footing where the post is supposed to go, a sign that's bigger than expected, a customer who changed their mind — these things happen. We need someone who can read a situation in the field and figure it out, not someone who freezes when the day doesn't go to plan. If "I couldn't do it because nobody told me how" is part of your vocabulary, this isn't the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Run optimized daily routes in a company vehicle
• Install post-and-panel signs (post holes dug by hand)
• Hang banners and apply window vinyl
• Remove existing signage
• Maintain tools, vehicle, and job sites
• Communicate job status with the shop Requirements

Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record

• Reliability — we work in all weather Page 5
• Resourcefulness — can solve unexpected problems on the jobsite without supervision
• Basic power tool knowledge
• Strong time management
• Comfortable working independently
• Physically capable of digging, lifting, and outdoor labor

Nice to Have

• Prior sign installation or construction experience
• Vinyl application experience

What We Offer

• $30–$35/hr based on experience
• Four 10-hour shifts per week — three-day weekends
• W-2 or 1099, your preference
