Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled registered nurse for our observation unit. Experience in observation nursing is highly preferred. Candidates with significant MS/telemetry or emergency department experience will also be considered. This role involves caring for patients who are in observation status for up to 48 hours. Patient turnover is high, and nurses may have up to 4 patients at a time. Nurses are expected to draw their own labs to reduce delays. Unit-based cardiac monitoring skills are essential. ACLS certification is a significant plus. Candidates will be providing care to adult and geriatric populations with various diagnoses, including respiratory conditions, cellulitis, and other acute issues. Floating within the specialty may be required to meet facility needs. We are looking for a dedicated and competent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
