Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Texas
• CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric or elementary student populations a plus
• Background in school-based settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans for elementary students
• Work directly with students on speech, language, and communication disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribution to team-based student support
• Adhere to district guidelines, ethical standards, and best practices
