Clinical Manager | 3rd Shift | Leadership Opportunity
Lead overnight behavioral health crisis services while supervising a dedicated clinical team. Provide administrative leadership, clinical oversight, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise approximately five clinical staff members. Partner with senior leadership to strengthen operations and patient care outcomes. Mission-driven organization committed to behavioral health and substance use treatment.
Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000. Higher compensation available for independent licensure.
Monday-Friday, 3rd shift (overnight). On-call rotation approximately every six weeks.
Supervise overnight behavioral health operations. Oversee crisis intervention services and care coordination. Support staff development, coaching, and performance management. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and operational improvement.
