Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver one‑on‑one care in patients' homes across Long Branch and the greater Monmouth County area, NJ. Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month. What the Job Looks Like You’ll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Long Branch, Asbury Park, Red Bank, Eatontown, and surrounding Monmouth County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Childcare assistance. What We're Looking For Active PT license in New Jersey (required). Reliable transportation (required).
