Medication Technician (MT) | Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Location: Naples, FL Pay Rate: $26/hour Position Type: Per Diem Care Setting: Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Shift Availability: 2PM-10PM & 10PM-6AM Job Summary Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Medication Technicians (MTs) for assisted living opportunities in Naples, FL. Responsibilities Utilize EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations. Verify resident identity and medication information prior to administration. Observe residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, or adverse reactions. Report medication concerns and changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff. Accurately document medication administration and resident observations. Maintain medication carts, supplies, and records in accordance with facility requirements. Assist residents with medication reminders and support as permitted by state regulations. Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements. Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency. Other duties as assigned.
