Sr Product Manager

Sr. Product Manager – Device Services oversees a portfolio of device‑related products such as financing, trade, early upgrade, and same‑day delivery. The role requires end‑to‑end product ownership, ensuring the customer experience aligns with design, and collaborating with business partners and system partners to improve performance and resolve issues. Product Ownership of Operations The product manager owns cross‑platform device service solutions and creates and manages product vision, feature roadmaps, requirements, and readiness for business support. He/she partners with business units, stakeholders, and leadership to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The manager also performs cost‑benefit and competitive analyses to support decision‑making, monitors key performance metrics, and works with IT platform owners to resolve identified issues. Product Ownership of Enhancements Translate marketing and business requests into detailed product requirements, prioritize activities based on customer impact, and collaborate with architecture and development teams to manage technical debt. Review system designs, participate in developer reviews, and approve test strategies to ensure quality. Once a feature is ready, coordinate with marketing and digital teams to align messaging and training. Additional Responsibilities Lead the Product Portfolio and Demand Management team’s IT Capital Prioritization framework, providing updates to director‑level stakeholders and preparing the VP to advocate for projects within the larger marketing organization. Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree (required); Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance (preferred). 7+ years of product management experience in an agile software product development environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Product lifecycle management experience delivering large and complex initiatives. Excellent communication skills with leadership and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Agile Scrum and other agile methodology. Agile project management with backlog tools. Strong technical writing, including concise requirements drafting. Business analytics: data analysis to drive decisions. Minimum age 18; legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel and Other Job Requirements Travel Required: Yes. DOT Regulated Position: No. Safety Sensitive Position: No. Compensation Base pay range: $121,600 – $219,400. Corporate bonus target: 20%.
