Staff AI Engineer for Agentic Finance Workflows

TalentCompass is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead hands-on AI-driven workflow design for complex financial processes in Scottsdale. You will build agentic AI systems, with HITL checkpoints, leveraging Bedrock and Python to integrate with Postgres, Snowflake, and DynamoDB.
You will collaborate with consultants and domain experts to deliver production-ready AI solutions that augment human decision-making and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
