Work at a distinguished academic medical center, home to a Magnet-designated, nurse-driven Main Operating Room and part of a renowned Level I trauma and teaching facility. Here, you'll collaborate in a state-of-the-art environment with exposure to complex surgical specialties, innovative technology, and expert colleagues. Schedule/Hours

• Four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
• On-call: Up to 4 shifts per month (evenings to 7 a.m.)
• Weekends: Up to 1 shift per month (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
• Holiday coverage required (including Christmas or New Year's)

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (SC or Compact Multi-State)
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
• Scrub experience highly valued
• Comfort in Level I Trauma environments
• Willingness to float within scope as needed
• First-time travelers welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Function in both scrub and circulate roles for diverse surgical procedures
• Provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Main OR setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to multiple surgical specialties
• Use EPIC system for documentation
• Maintain professional standards in a Magnet-recognized department
