Job Summary:

A Certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist position is available in a healthcare organization located in Kodiak, Alaska. This role involves performing a variety of advanced imaging procedures, including 3D rendering, maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 6 PM to 4 AM, Nights shift


• Schedule: 40 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, valid state license (pending license accepted), at least 0 years of experience, candidates able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required


• Preferred Qualifications: Epic (EMR) charting system experience, previous acute care or outpatient facility experience, experience with contrast media administration and radiation safety procedures


• Additional Information: Must be willing to float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities, work 2 out of 3 major holidays, and accept hospital-provided housing or rental vehicle if offered. References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the past 3 years are required. Vaccinations for Hepatitis B are also required.
