Hospital Front Desk Associate

Help us grow as our next Hospital Front Desk Associate, where you will adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include work with supervisors to meet daily goals, coordinate with other departments when needed, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
