The City of Decorah is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide contractual building inspection services associated with new construction, additions, remodels, and other building permit activities within the city. The selected contractor will assist the City with plan reviews, building inspections, code compliance reviews, and related construction oversight activities. The City is seeking a qualified professional with experience in residential and commercial building inspections and knowledge of applicable building codes and standards. The Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the scope of services, minimum qualifications, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria.
