Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience for a company located in Conroe, TX (77385) . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on blending equipment and machinery
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on blending machines
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
Inspect equipment to identify potential maintenance needs
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with other maintenance-related duties as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of maintenance technician experience
Experience performing mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
Basic electrical knowledge
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
