Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator to join the Catering & Events Team!

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

As a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator, you're not just supporting events from sale to execution you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
• Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
• Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
• Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
• Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
