Primary Care Physician – FQHC | San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek
• Manageable patient volume: 16–20 patients per day
• Practice within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model
• Serve diverse, underserved populations in a mission-driven setting
• Collaborative, team-based care environment

• Competitive salary: $250,000 – $300,000 (based on experience)
