Must maintain equipment and sanitation standards for DHEC regulations.ResponsibilitiesPortions, serves and replenishes fresh food items for patients.Sets up/refills beverage station. Keep condiment bins stocked and cleaned at all times.Keeps floors clear of food particles. Cleans all stations/areas in the kitchen. Cleans empyies lowerators and delay cartsChecks to ensure that all food/utensils etc. are available on patient serving line.Arrange items on patient trays for neatness, accuracy and attractiveness.Moves the lines (dish room and tray line) speedily without harassing or rushing the other employees.After meals, return food items to proper place in the kitchen.
