Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required. New graduates welcome.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned county territory, including Area #1 (Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City) and either Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) or Area #3 (San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore).
• Ability to meet productivity expectations when on a guaranteed-hours option (minimum weekly points requirement and willingness to travel outside primary area or work weekends if required). This is a client requirement; details to be discussed with recruiter.

• Territory: Assigned county territory includes Area #1 and either Area #2 or Area #3 as described in Minimum Requirements.
• Options: Guaranteed hours (productivity and travel/weekend flexibility required) or Non-guaranteed hours. Guarantee does not apply for first/last assignment week, holiday weeks, or approved time off.
