Restaurant Floor Manager/ assistant GM.

Job Description

I'm looking for a floor manager/ assistant manager, for the upcoming season, to work as a floor manager 34/h per week and about 6/h. per week as admin. You should have at least 5 years experience of some kind of manager position or lead position. Knowledge in the POS, Toast. Having experience of leading staff, in a respectful and humble way. Be respectful towards colleagues from Hostess stand til the dishwasher pit. We are a Swedish/ Italian high end restaurant with a nice bar, doing handcrafted cocktails, and serving nice wines and beers as well. Turning into a nightclub on Fridays & Saturdays, with DJ's playing EDM/House music.

I need someone reliable, loyal, hard working, into details, that follows our values and directions. That shows up in time and communicate with me and other managers.

The position is temporary, 1st of November 2026-1st of June 2027, but if you are the right person for us, there might be an opportunity to prolong the position further.

A positive, good energy and smiling personality, with a good knowledge about food & beverage, are things I expect you to have.
