Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time in Mont Belvieu, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility operations areas, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, equipment concerns, and other security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
