THE ROLE

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our in-home program, you will work one-on-one with children with autism in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), every session is an opportunity to help a child speak their first words, try a new food, make a friend, or gain independence in daily life. You will implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, behavior, feeding, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social skills — making a measurable difference in each child's journey.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a naturalistic, home-based setting. Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals.Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Verbal Beginnings, LLC
