We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest. < /p>

< Strong> Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: < /strong>

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest < /li>
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles < /li>
• Complete full, accurate,and honest courtesy vehicle inspections < /li>
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively < /li>
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization < /li>
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns < /li>
• Work together with otherTechnicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results < /li>

Qualifications < Br>

< Strong> Qualifications: < /strong>

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest < /li>
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic < /li>
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve < /li>
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles < /li>
• Meet or exceed hourly goals < /li>
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes < /li>
• Professional appearance and strong communication < /li>
• A desire for long-term career development < /li>

Physical Requirements: < /strong>

• Occasionally lift and/ormove over 100 pounds < /li>
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head < /li>
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair < /li>
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools < /li>
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday < /li>
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles < /li>
• Efficiently navigate a computer < /li>
