Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician (BT)

Location: Concord, NH
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week
Start Date: August 25 (First Day of School)

ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive school district in Concord, New Hampshire for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.

We are hiring for Elementary, Middle, and High School Openings! School placement preferences will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and/or classroom support to students with behavioral and educational needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and classroom strategies.
• Support students with academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administrators.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in school settings or with students with behavioral needs is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
• Patient, dependable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
