Role Description:
Release Change ManagementOwn change governance from intake and impact assessment to approval and go-live.Manage the release calendar and coordinate SAP half-yearly releases.Lead CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and drive change impact reviews.Oversee go-live coordination and change communication to stakeholders.Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on business and technical impact.Test ManagementDefine and own the overall test strategy for the SAP landscape.Plan and coordinate regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.Manage defects tracking, prioritization, and resolution follow-up.Produce test reports and release readiness assessments.Ensure testing is completed to a sufficient standard before every release.Required Experience SkillsProven experience as a Test Manager andor Release Manager in SAP environments.Hands-on knowledge of SAP S4HANA Cloud (or SAP S4HANA).Experience managing SAP half-yearly releases and coordinating CAB processes.Strong understanding of ITIL-based change and release management practices.Structured approach to test planning, defect management, and UAT coordination.Excellent communication skills able to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills:
Require an external consultant who will assume combined role of Test Release Manager within SAP Operations team. This is a key position that bridges change governance and quality assurance, ensuring that every change and release is delivered safely, thoroughly tested, and without disruption to business operations. This manager will work closely with the SAP Operations Manager, Solution Architect, BTP Integration Lead, and functional analysts, and with business stakeholders and external vendors.
