Certified Dietary Manager

Are you a passionate leader with a commitment to providing excellent care? Our nursing home in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee our dietary services team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a daily impact on the lives of our residents while guiding and inspiring your team.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the dietary department, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and meet residents' needs.
•Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
•Train, mentor, and motivate dietary staff to deliver high-quality service.
•Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to enhance resident satisfaction.
•Oversee food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.

Requirements:
•Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.
•Previous leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
