Automotive Service Technician

Full-Time | $25.00–$45.00 per hour

You come to work to fix cars — not wait around hoping something gets assigned to you.

At GIC Car Clinic, we keep the schedule full, the work moving, and our technicians productive.

Our advisors receive ongoing sales training so they know how to present recommended repairs to customers. Our shop systems are organized, communication is clear, and we work hard to keep things moving throughout the day.

Pay

$25.00–$45.00 per hour

Pay depends on your experience, skill level, productivity, and the type of work you can perform independently.

We use a performance-based pay structure that rewards skill, efficiency, and consistency.

As you improve and become more productive, you have the opportunity to earn more.

Different Skill Levels Are Welcome

• A-level technicians
• B-level technicians
• Developing B-level technicians
• General repair technicians
• R&R technicians

• Experienced maintenance technicians

You do not have to fit perfectly into one of those labels.

If your strength is maintenance, general repair, R&R, or more advanced repair work, we can match the work to your ability.

Depending on your experience, your work may include:

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Vehicle inspections
• Brakes
• Steering and suspension
• Cooling systems
• Belts and hoses
• Tune-ups
• General repairs
• Engine and transmission removal and replacement
• Other repairs based on your skill level

Professional automotive shop experience is required.

We’re looking for technicians who are dependable, work well with others, and take pride in doing quality work.
