Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit Member-owned and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. Pay: Starting Range is $23.00 - $25.00 depending on work experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in overseeing the Indirect Lending Program and all its operations.

Assist in developing implementing and maintaining Indirect Lending policies and procedures that protect the Credit Union and members best interests.

Assist in developing and maintaining a business plan to increase penetration of the indirect market including action items and tactical steps to meet the goals of the plan on a regular basis and review periodically for performance.

Assist in introducing the Credit Unions Indirect Lending Program to dealers who do not currently participate in the program. Answer questions resolve issues and provide a process that facilitates a smooth transition between dealer and Credit Union.

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing dealers. Ensure loans are processed efficiently and dealer questions or issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Indirect Lending. Ensure all contracts loan documents and relationships with dealers comply with State and Federal rules and regulations.

Assist in implementing and maintaining system tools to track and analyze Indirect Lending programs. Assist in generating accurate and regular reports to Indirect Lending Manager or Indirect Lending AVP.

Analyze general economic conditions or market trends that may affect the Credit Unions Indirect Lending Program. Provide timely feedback that allows the Credit Union to react competitively.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the Indirect Lending Program including dealer loan volume delinquency and charge-offs.

Assist in maintaining knowledge of competitors rates terms and other trends relating to loans through Indirect Lending.

Make appropriate dealer accommodations as needed.

Assist in supervising a team of loan officers processors and other staff involved in Indirect Lending which includes scheduling adequate staff to ensure efficient operations conducting performance reviews coaching employees maintaining efficient employee relations and providing additional training as needed.

Assist with the approval process for Indirect loans ensuring decisions comply with the Credit Unions lending policies procedures and underwriting guidelines.

Research opportunities to continually improve efficiency of the Indirect Lending process.

Assist in establishing and maintaining goals objectives benchmarks accountability standards and rewards.

Demonstrate dependability and a commitment to quality and flexibility to ensure Department needs and Credit Union goals are attained.

Assist with implementing and monitoring the budget for the Department.

Assist with monitoring Department activity including transactions volume and errors.

Research and solve staff and member questions and/or problems.

Follow all Credit Union policies procedures and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance behavior and performance).

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively with others.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years job-related experience required; minimum of one (1) years previous management experience preferred.
