Systems Acquisition Project OfficerThe Opportunity:Assist an Army portfolio executive to develop programmatic strategies and plans to achieve strategic results. Provide acquisition advisory, analytical, programmatic, lifecycle sustainment, and executive staff coordination support across the full portfolio, spanning the entire Warfighter Acquisition System lifecycle and all Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways. Analyze dependencies and risks across the portfolio to resolve bottlenecks. Conduct studies on industrial base challenges and develop data-driven Courses of Action (COAs). Create high-quality, data-driven executive briefings, information products, and decision packages for senior leadership. Coordinate with stakeholders across government and industry. Assist in planning and executing high-level portfolio reviews and strategy sessions.You Have: 3+ years of experience in DoW or Army program management and strategic planningExperience with DoWI 5000.02 Adaptive Acquisition FrameworkExperience with supply chain managementExperience with Microsoft Office and web-based collaborative environments such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, or PowerPointAbility to manage across a portfolio, including balancing risks, constraints, and resourcesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Acquisition, Business Administration, or LogisticsNice If You Have: Experience with action officer tracking systems such as TMT or ETMS2 and Army Regulation 25-50 correspondence standardsKnowledge of Department of War Combat Sustainment systems and processesKnowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) cyclesProject Management Professional or Acquisition CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
