Job Summary Provide support and intervention across the curriculum. Job Requirements Provide small group instruction and interventions for students needing additional support. Offer in-class interventions for students. Collaborate with teachers to develop interventions and plans for students. Utilize evidence-based strategies for interventions and instruction. Collect and analyze student data related to growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Perform multiple tasks and upgrade skills as needed to meet changing job conditions. Possess pedagogical and content knowledge for upper elementary and middle school subjects. Understand evidence-based practices for academic interventions. Build and maintain relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians. Analyze student achievement and growth data. Supervision of Other Employees This position does not supervise other District employees. Collaborate with the Title 1 Teacher and classroom teachers to implement interventions. Education B.A. or B.S. degree with a valid Minnesota teaching license. Licensure Current Minnesota Elementary Education License (K-6) required.
