Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

State Licensure: Must hold a current, active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Clinical Technique: Exceptional, gentle, yet thorough clinical hand-scaling and instrument technique.
Communication: A warm, empathetic listener with strong communication skills capable of putting anxious patients immediately at ease.
Mindset: Professional, highly reliable, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about modern dental hygiene standards.

Job Description

Advanced Preventative Therapies: Perform meticulous adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis, deep cleanings, scaling, and precise periodontal therapy (SRP).
Diagnostic Radiographs: Capture highly accurate digital X-rays and periodontal diagnostics safely to assist in early disease detection.
Empathetic Patient Education: Tailor one-on-one nutritional, brushing, and flossing counseling to empower patients along their personal oral health journeys.
Flawless Periodontal Charting: Execute comprehensive, highly detailed periodontal charting and update health history profiles within our paperless dental database.
Inter-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the doctor to seamlessly transition patients into restorative or cosmetic treatment plans when needed.
