Our work intersects with nearly every major hospital specialty, including: Cardiology Nephrology Infectious Disease Surgery Nutrition Wound Care Rehabilitation What You’ll Love About This Position Approximately 16 shifts per month Full benefits eligibility Predictable block-style scheduling More non-working days than traditional Monday–Friday provider roles Daytime hospital-based rounding only Minimal after-hours phone-only call No ICU management No procedures No admissions or discharges No controlled substance prescribing Protocol-driven care model Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP’s) Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Monday - Wednesday + Every Other Weekend Wednesday - Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $112,000 - $125,000 annually. In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production. • 1,500 annual reimbursement to be used towards CME, licensing renewals, and/or professional dues
