About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic business partner, responsible for leading all financial, accounting, compliance, and fiduciary functions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's long-term growth strategy, with a focus on financial planning, capital allocation, and performance management. The successful candidate will also be involved in evaluating strategic growth opportunities, including M&A and business integrations. Key responsibilities for the CFO include serving as a trusted advisor to the Board, President, and executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a CPA or similar certification is a plus. Experience in the industrial products or manufacturing industry, as well as a background in private equity-backed environments, is essential. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record in M&A, capital markets, and acquisition integration, and to demonstrate the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a growth-oriented organization.
