Why You’ll Love This Role: You will play a critical role in distilling our clients’ precise visions into a meticulously restored and reimagined Porsche 911. You will act as a consultant for clients ensuring we deliver a stunning and unique restoration that exceeds all expectations and honors our principal that "Everything is Important". What You’ll Do: (This is not a people-management role. Rather, you will be managing processes and projects.) Manage and inspire Singer clientele throughout their design and specification journey Engage with clients as necessary, sharing updates and all decision‑based deadlines; documents and shares all interactions internally and in a timely manner Provide high‑quality, technical education and training to clients and other contacts on topics such as: brand history/values, customer experience, current/future technology, performance and styling Deliver signed‑off specifications for all restorations within the agreed spec‑lock deadlines Meet options uptake and spec value objectives Develop and manage all structures, templates, and processes for design and specification‑based (internal/external) interaction to successfully measure KPIs for client inspiration programs and initiatives Support strategic decision making based on customer insights Work in a cross‑functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrates the ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company‑wide goals Elevate the Singer Vehicle Design brand and ensure every point of contact is an excellent experience Reflect the values of the Singer brand in all customer and internal interactions supporting our value of, "Everything is Important" Report to the department head regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, analysis, budgets, and expenses – 100% data accuracy required Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, design, or relevant field Five (5) plus years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand/industry Five (5) plus years in design and other creative based roles Three (3) to five (5) years of specific experience in client management and/or customer‑facing role Prior experience in rapidly growing business environment Bonus points for knowledge of Porsches and/or Singer’s history, heritage and services Location & Schedule: This is a full‑time onsite role in Torrance, CA and you’ll work typical business hours. The starting salary range for this position is between $86,953 - $108,691 annually. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
