Position Overview As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Rockville, MD. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Job Description Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on the alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. No university degree requirement; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent acceptable. Prior experience not mandatory. In lieu of a degree, an acceptable combination of education, certification, and experience, including military service, may be considered. Pay Transparency Base salary: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with pay based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
