Key Responsibilities Set and deliver the company’s AI strategy alongside executive and scientific leadership Build and lead a high‑performing AI, machine-learning, and computational science team Define the AI roadmap and develop scalable platforms for biological discovery and therapeutic development Evaluate emerging technologies, partnerships, and opportunities across AI and life sciences Translate research into practical, high‑impact scientific and business outcomes Drive collaboration across AI, biology, engineering, and drug‑development teams Represent the company externally and help shape its long‑term scientific and technical vision Qualifications Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI, machine learning, computational biology, or a related field Senior leadership experience in AI, ideally within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare Deep expertise in modern ML, including generative AI, foundation models, and large‑scale training Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing technical teams Track record of applying AI to complex scientific or commercial challenges Experience translating research into scalable products or platforms Strong executive communication and cross‑functional leadership skills Notable publications, patents, products, or industry contributions preferred Ideal Background AI leadership within biotech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or technology Building enterprise AI platforms and machine‑learning operations Applied generative AI, knowledge systems, forecasting, automation, or decision‑support tools Scaling data and AI functions during periods of rapid organisational growth Leading multidisciplinary teams across technical and non‑technical domains Experience engaging with external partners, investors, customers, or scientific communities Why Join?
