Certified Nursing Assistant

Under the direction of the director/manager and RNs, the certified nursing assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.

As part of the main operating room team, you'll work alongside nurses and other members of the surgical care team while supporting the day-to-day needs of patients and the department.

Perfect for someone who is comfortable working in the OR, enjoys hands-on patient care, and wants to be part of a collaborative surgical team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-high-school specialized training preferred

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, OR
• Valid Florida certified nursing assistant (CNA) license

Additionally:

• BLS required
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
