Client Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities Responsible for Processes Related to Supporting Client Portfolios Responsible for: Day-to-day client lifecycle management Client onboarding and investment change implementation Performance reporting New client onboarding Establishing and maintaining appropriate policies, internal controls, and documentation across multiple regions Aligning people, processes, and technology to create a scalable and efficient operating platform, including evaluating outsourcing opportunities Client Trade Execution Oversight Ensure timely and accurate execution of all client portfolio activity Ensure global best practices and policies are adhered to Monitor and manage client custodian relationships and maintain the highest levels of service quality Conduct and review periodic service assessments and implement provider changes as needed Serve as a senior operations approver for client transactions when required Client Reporting Oversight Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client performance reporting Develop strong partnerships with investment and client leadership teams to maintain a clear understanding of client expectations Support platform and technology initiatives that improve reconciliation accuracy, reporting quality, and operational scalability Data Management Provide governance and stewardship over key client data Approve critical client data changes when necessary Ensure the integrity and accuracy of client data across internal systems and operational processes Relationship Management Collaborate with regional and global partners across client service, research, and operational functions Work closely with subject matter experts throughout the organization Serve as a senior point of contact with internal legal and compliance teams regarding client agreements, regulatory matters, service level expectations, and documentation updates Enhance the Business, Change the Business Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Lead through innovation and operational excellence Ensure transformation and change initiatives are successfully embedded and sustained throughout the organization Required Skills and Experience Experience Requirements 15+ years of investment operations experience, including alternative asset transaction lifecycle expertise Demonstrated success leading client service operations teams and strategic operational initiatives Deep experience supporting alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, co-investments, hedge funds, and related strategies Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, institutional client servicing, custody relationships, compliance requirements, and investment operations Ability to think strategically and enhance the client experience across different regulatory and operating environments Practical, solutions-oriented approach to addressing complex operational and investment challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr Co, Llp
