Medication TechnicianWe are looking for a compassionate Medication Technician to join our growing team! Refer a friend and after 30 days, receive $200 and after 90 days, receive an additional $800!Responsibilities:Passing of medications after successful completion of training program and testTaking vital signsProvide personal hygiene assistance for residents or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eatingHelp residents take prescribed medication and assist residents with ambulationAssist with physical therapy exercisesPerform housekeeping tasks as necessaryReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residents with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryQualifications:Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related dutiesValid driver’s license and/or reliable transportationValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program (Preferred but not necessary)Take pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)Heritage Property Management is committed to excellence in all we do.
