Behind every private duty nursing shift is a nurse who needs to be paid accurately and on time, and a claim that has to be billed correctly so the care can continue. As our Revenue Cycle Analyst, you'll sit at the center of both. You'll manage billing and collections for our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) program, process payroll for the clinicians who care for our patients, and turn that data into patient-level profitability insights. Reporting directly to our CFO, you'll be close to the decisions that shape how we grow. What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit PDN claims to Medicaid, managed care organizations, and commercial payers accurately and on time
• Verify eligibility and track prior authorizations to make sure services are covered before they're billed
• Reconcile visit data, including electronic visit verification (EVV) records, against authorizations, billing, and payroll
• Work denials, rejections, and aging accounts receivable; follow up with payers and resubmit or appeal claims as needed
• Post payments and adjustments, and reconcile remittances to deposits
• Process weekly payroll for PDN clinical staff, including timesheet review, shift differentials, overtime, and corrections
• Resolve employee pay questions promptly and professionally
• Build patient-level profitability analyses by comparing billed and collected revenue against clinician payroll costs for each case
• Identify cases where authorized hours, billed hours, and paid hours don't align, and recommend corrective action
• Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable insights on case profitability, reimbursement trends, and staffing costs
• Prepare billing, collections, and payroll reports for the CFO and leadership team
• Stay current on payer requirements and state regulations across the markets we serve
• Protect patient and employee information in compliance with HIPAA

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and managed care billing, ideally in home health or PDN
• Understanding of payroll fundamentals, including overtime rules for hourly staff
• Financial analysis skills, including building cost and margin analyses from billing and payroll data
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling)
• Confidence presenting financial findings to leadership in a clear, concise way
• Clear, courteous communication with payers, clinicians, and internal teams
• The ability to manage deadlines across billing and payroll cycles without letting either slip

Education & Experience

• Requires an associate's degree; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Preferred fields of study include accounting, finance, business, or healthcare administration
• 2+ years of medical billing and collections experience required
• Payroll processing experience required; familiarity with ADP WFN a plus
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting in a healthcare setting preferred
• Home health, PDN, or pediatric healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with KanTime required

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt, office-based position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed during payroll processing and month-end close. This role involves extended periods of sitting and computer work.
