6 days ago Requisition ID: 2098 Our Health Insurance Client Company is seeking a proactive, analytical, and service‑oriented IT Specialist to support their technology operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is committed to delivering exceptional internal customer service. As IT Specialist, you will be providing general support under the direction of the Supervisor of Technical Support for the management of end‑user IT assets such as monitors, peripherals, laptops and others. Key job functions are to receive shipments from vendors, return of assets from employees, cleaning and basic reconditioning of IT equipment, inventory management, inventory reconciliation and asset recovery of data‑bearing devices. They will be responsible for assigning assets to users to meet business requirements, updating inventory systems, and providing other general support for end‑user IT assets. They will also coordinate shipping and logistics to meet end‑user hardware requirements. Job Responsibilities Assist the IT Asset Manager to keep inventory of IT equipment up to date Assist end‑users by dispatching and receiving IT equipment Assist the IT Asset Manager by cleaning, storing, and completing basic testing of returned IT assets for future assignment Assist the IT Asset Manager to dispose of equipment following company procedures Assist the IT Asset Manager to receive shipments from vendors, scanning assets into our inventory system Organize and maintain storage areas for IT equipment using hand‑trucks and hand‑driven pallet jack Support the IT team in our mission to deliver outstanding service Job Qualifications 1+ years of experience managing inventory Basic experience with MS Office 365 Proven intermediate or advanced skills in Excel Ability to move 40lb Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English) Available to report onsite to our MH and POP locations Full availability from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm AST Compensation $16.50 rph full time, non‑exempt Apply to learn more!
