This role is responsible for delivering projects that span multiple systems, vendors, and business functions, and that directly support firm operations, risk management, and strategic objectives.The successful candidate will be adept in waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies, capable of tailoring delivery approaches based on project needs, and comfortable engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership across the firm.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project Delivery & GovernanceLead multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through closure, maintaining full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and riskDefine and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, resource demands, and critical path activitiesEstablish and manage project governance, including steering committees, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and change controlApplication Implementation & IntegrationManage SaaS and on‑premise application implementations, including integrations with finance, HR, document management, data platforms, and identity management systemsCoordinate with architecture, development, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure integration requirements are clearly defined and deliveredSupport vendor management activities, including implementation partners, software vendors, and third‑party service providersEnsure technical and functional design reviews to confirm alignment with firm standards and business requirements are completedStakeholder & Leadership EngagementBuild strong, trusted relationships with project sponsors, business owners, and IT leadershipFacilitate consensus on scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery approachPrepare and deliver executive‑level updates, including status, risks, mitigation strategies, and recommendationsTranslate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non‑technical audiencesFinancial & Operational ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expense trackingSupport IT annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities as neededEnsure appropriate security reviews, non‑disclosure agreements, and contractual artifacts are completed and retainedMaintain accurate project documentation, artifacts, and collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)Continuous ImprovementContribute to the ongoing evolution of the firm’s project delivery framework, templates, standards, and toolsPromote best practices aligned with PMI standards and modern delivery approachesOther dutiesPlease note that this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
