Sales Executive - LoopNet - New Jersey

Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. Your success will depend on building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships and advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using our proprietary analytics tools. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with clients through consultative sales methods, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans. Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Client Engagement – Conduct regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly outside the driving radius of your office location. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in environments that emphasize customer experience. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a driving record check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Commercial Real Estate. Success building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting dashboards, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics. Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date. Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.
