The right candidate will have experience with basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep in a hotel, apartment, or commercial environment.What You’ll Do:As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and responding to maintenance needs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests. This role requires someone who is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.Your Day-to-Day:Perform general hotel maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairsAssist with electrical repairs and maintenanceIdentify and repair leaks, including bathroom and plumbing issuesPerform routine property inspections and preventative maintenanceComplete pool checks and report any maintenance concernsRepair and maintain fixtures, equipment, and common areasAssist with room maintenance and guest-related repairsMaintain a clean and organized work areaRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate issues and repairs with managementWhat We’re Looking For:Previous maintenance, handyman, hotel, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksReliable attendance and strong work ethicProfessional communication skillsComfortable working with tools and performing hands-on repairsRequirements:Must have reliable transportationMust be able to pass a background checkPrevious maintenance experience requiredAbility to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayWe are excited to speak with you about your future — please apply to the right and we will be in contact with you ASAP!
