- Prepare pasta dishes and grilled entrées following Pontillo's recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep.
- Cook food safely and consistently during busy service hours.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver great food and excellent service.

- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

- Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferred.
