- Clinic-only practice (possibility of working hospitalist shifts during the year, if desired)
- Flexible and adjustable hours – perfect schedule for parents of school aged children
- Friendly, team environment of physicians and credentialed practitioners
- 24 hour Nurse Care line; RN nurse triage office support in clinic.
- EPIC electronic medical records
- Supported by hospitalists
- Shared call 1:7 (average phone call volume 1-3 calls/night)
- Average # of patients seen per day: 14-15
- COMPENSATION: $306,000 - Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation

- Located in the Duluth, MN area. 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Service area: Duluth and surrounding areas.
